🔸 For Chicken Marinade
Boneless Chicken: ½ kg (cut into cubes)

Ginger Paste: 1 tsp
Salt: To taste

Capsicum (green, yellow or red): 1 cup (cut into cubes)
Onion: 1 pc (cut into cubes)
Tomato: 1 pc (seeded and cut into cubes)
Wooden Skewers: 4 to 5 pcs (soak in water so they don't burn)
🔸 For Shashlik Sauce
Tomato Ketchup: ½ cup
Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp
Chili Sauce: 1 tbsp
Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Cornflour: 1 tsp (mixed with a little water) (dissolved in)
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Salt: To taste
Water: ½ cup

🔹 Step 1: Marinate the chicken
In a bowl, add the chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, black pepper and salt.
Mix well and leave for 1 to 2 hours so that the spices are absorbed into the chicken.
🔹 Step 2: Prepare the skewers
Thread the chicken, capsicum, onion and tomato one by one on the skewers.
Then cook these skewers in a fry pan or grill pan in light oil on medium heat.
Until the chicken is cooked and lightly browned.
